Lt. Keith Wildhaber said that after he had filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claiming discrimination, he was transferred to a precinct far from his home in retaliation. In his lawsuit filed in 2017, Wildhaber also said that John Saracino, then a member of the St. Louis County Board of Police Commissioners, told him that police command staff “has a problem with your sexuality” and that if he wanted promotion, “you should tone down your gayness,” ABC News reported....

Shortly after the early access period for Gears 5 went live, the official website for the game was updated with information concerning Operations. The current Operation is set to last until December, at which point Operation 2 will begin. The Coalition has now confirmed that Gears 5’s multiplayer servers will feature a 60hz tick rate, the rate that servers update the player’s game state per second. Gears 5 was previously confirmed to run at 60 fps on Xbox One, meaning that multiplayer servers and frame rate can attain parity. Additionally, The Coalition confirmed “Universal Weapon Tuning,” which means that both competitive and casual multiplayer modes will have the same weapon balance....

Further, the first Great Rune game details have been shared via these rumors, as well. According to the leaks, Great Rune is an open world From Software game with exploration from horseback. The setting of the game will be Norse in nature and rich in Norse mythology. It’s unclear just how realistic, or just how fantastical, the game will be. Given From Software’s pedigree, however, it’s probably safe to assume a preference for the latter....
