Beginning at 10:00am CT today, Tuesday, March 29, GameStop customers have the opportunity to buy an Xbox Series X bundle from the online store. This bundle includes an Xbox Series X console, three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and a $100 GameStop gift card. Exact pricing information for this bundle was not revealed in GameStop’s Xbox Series X restock announcement, so interested parties will just have to check for themselves once the restock goes live.

Generally speaking, GameStop’s Xbox Series X restocks have been prioritized for its PowerUp Rewards Pro members, and it’s entirely possible that’s the case for the latest restock as well. However, nothing to that effect was mentioned in the announcement, so fans will have to see for themselves.

As pointed out by Wario64, Walmart currently has Xbox Series X consoles in stock. The difference is that the Walmart Xbox Series X stock is not in bundle form. Instead, customers can simply buy an Xbox Series X console itself, which will set them back $499.99. It’s unclear how long the Walmart Xbox Series X restock will last, so anyone that wants the console should be sure to act fast, whether they go the GameStop route or try to buy one through Walmart.

Later this year, it may become much easier for customers to buy an Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5 console without having to try their hand at online restocks. Then again, the coming holiday season may actually make the consoles even more difficult to get, as many consumers will be trying to secure them as Christmas presents. Whatever the case may be, the industry will eventually get to a point where buying an Xbox Series X or PS5 is much easier than it is today - it’s just a matter of when it will happen.
